I really appreciate your entire team. This plan has been eye opening and gives me comfort to know we are going to have an actual direction for the department to go together. I look forward to a long working relationship with you all.
It was a pleasure working with you and the rest of the MissionCIT Team. The insight and recommendations set forth have provided us with a greater understanding and the necessary framework to move the department in a forward direction to better serve the district.
We are very impressed with your entry testing service, response and professionalism. South Fire District looks forward to working with you again in the future .(and signed up for an Assistant Chief test too!)

I would like to thank the team from Strategic Fire Service Consulting (now MissionCIT) for their hard work in developing a strategic plan for the Greenwich Fire Department that will move the department forward in the years to come and will serve as our primary document as we move from very good to elite.
